Birth Doula Support

  • Sliding Scale: CAD$900 - $1,200 + PST/GST

  • 2 Prenatal Support Visits (60-90 mins)

  • 1 Postpartum Support Visit (60-90 mins)

  • Pregnancy and Postpartum Support via Phone and Email

  • Childbirth and Postpartum Educational Materials

  • Labor and Delivery Continuous Support

  • Postpartum support directly following birth

  • Assistance Creating Birth Wishes

  • 24 hr. on-call service from 37 weeks

    gestation, until the birth of your baby.

Postpartum Doula Support
$0.00

  • $50/hour for overnight support

  • $42/hour for daytime support

  • Scheduled work hours, set by both the doula and the parent/family

  • Phone, text and email support as needed during the term of the contract

  • Assistance determining what your family needs to ease transition of life with the new baby

  • Feeding support (breast/chest and formula feeding)

  • Unconditional and nonjudgemental emotional, physical and informational support

  • Light housekeeping

  • Child Minding while you are home

  • Instruction of baby care items

  • Community referral information

  • Postpartum mood awareness
