Hello!Your doula, educator, and calm in the room.
I’m Soleil, the founder of Sol Kindred Birth Co., a birth and postpartum doula practice serving families throughout Greater Vancouver.
I believe birth is both deeply personal and deeply deserving of informed care.
You shouldn’t have to choose between evidence and compassion. You shouldn’t have to choose between trusting your body and listening to your healthcare team. And you shouldn’t have to navigate a major life transition without feeling supported.
That’s where I come in.
My approach combines evidence-based education with compassionate, hands-on support. I want you to understand your options, feel comfortable asking questions, and know that you have a voice in your care.
I don’t promise a particular birth outcome.
I promise to support you through whatever your birth brings.

Every family deserves respectful, compassionate support. I welcome LGBTQIA+ families, single parents, chosen families, and families of all backgrounds, identities, and birth preferences.

Your birth doesn’t need to look a certain way for me to support you.

Your partner is part of your support team, too. I’ll help them feel prepared and confident rather than taking their place.
