I don’t believe there is one right way to give birth. My role as your doula isn’t to make decisions for you or push you toward a particular type of birth.
Instead, I provide evidence-based information, hands-on comfort measures, emotional support, and a calm presence so you can make informed decisions that feel right for you and your family.

I’m the doula behind Sol Kindred Birth Co.
I became a doula because I believe people deserve more than someone simply telling them what to do during pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. They deserve someone who will sit beside them, answer their questions, help them understand their options, and remind them that their voice matters.
My approach is grounded in evidence-based education, informed consent, compassionate support, and respect for each family’s individual values and circumstances.
I don’t see my role as directing your birth. I see it as walking alongside you through it.
